1. Transfer
fee will be paid 50%
and 50% between seller
and buyer. The cost
is following the receipt
from land office.

shall be paid by the
buyer at rate of 30

date of transfer.
3. The sinking fund
shall be paid by the
buyer at rate of 10,000
baht. Payable will
one time in advance
from date of transfer.
